I Love Broccoli

Long been hated broccoli.

What about today? It's one of my favorite meals. I try to eat as often as possible, because it is one of my favorite vegetable.

Yes, I love broccoli.Your own my favorite vegetables! is good by itself, mixed with things, baked in things, puddings that the list continues. I love so much.

1. It's Green .Vegetales Greens are so healthy and good for you!
2 Is loaded with fiber, vitamins and high minerals. Vitamins E, C, K, and A…Not even know what is good for vitamin K, but must obviously be good for you!
3. I am reminded of trees and I like trees.
4. Broccoli may help prevent some types of cancer, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis and high blood pressure.
5 Is useful for System State inmunitario.He sick a lot from so you could use the help!
6. You can eat so many ways! boiled, steamed, fried, crude oil, etc.

I love broccoli both actually did a broccoli Fridge Magnet felt the other day.


Kepa MOM loves the fridge magnets and I love felt (and broccoli) by what I have done this cute kid little to implement the nevera. This thinking about doing more and possibly open a shop. This shop always feel better when I have some kind of project to work, so I am currently doing little veggie refrigerator for our fridge magnets and give as Christmas gifts?
